01 Find your purchase provider
This policy covers Unlust subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a web checkout billed by Paddle. Check your receipt to identify the provider. The device you use to access Unlust does not determine who handles your payment.
Refund eligibility depends on the provider’s terms, the purchase circumstances, and applicable consumer law. This policy does not offer an additional unconditional money-back guarantee.
02 Apple App Store purchases
Apple handles refund requests for purchases billed by Apple. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” and select your Unlust purchase.
Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law; eligibility can vary by country or region. Unlust cannot issue an Apple-billed refund directly. See Apple’s refund instructions for help.
03 Google Play purchases
For Google Play purchases, use Google Play’s refund request guidance. Within 48 hours of purchase, Google may offer a refund depending on the circumstances. After 48 hours, contact Unlust at support@unlustapp.com for help.
Developer-handled requests are reviewed individually, including billing errors, duplicate purchases, and technical problems preventing access, subject to Google Play’s rules and applicable law. A request does not guarantee approval. Regional rules may provide different or additional rights.
04 Web purchases billed by Paddle
For transactions billed by Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern payment refunds.
Unless the law requires a refund, Paddle purchases are generally non-refundable. Paddle may consider discretionary requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction; approval is not guaranteed. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights, including any applicable renewal rights, remain available.
Request a refund through Paddle buyer support or the support link in your receipt. For access problems or product defects, contact Unlust for help; unresolved issues can also be raised with Paddle.
Approved Paddle refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible, within the timeframe in Paddle’s policy. Refunded access ends.
05 Cancellation and refunds are different
Cancel with the provider that bills you to stop future renewals. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a previous charge. Uninstalling Unlust or deleting your Unlust account does not cancel a provider-managed subscription.
- Apple: manage Unlust in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. Apple cancellation instructions.
- Google Play: open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and select Unlust. Google Play cancellation instructions.
- Paddle: use the “Manage subscription” link in your receipt or contact Paddle buyer support.
For a paid subscription, access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation, unless a refund or the provider’s terms change that entitlement.
06 Help with a charge or missing access
Email support@unlustapp.com with your purchase provider, purchase date, order or transaction ID, purchase email, and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password, full card number, or card security code.
We can help locate a purchase or investigate duplicate charges and missing premium access. Apple-billed refund decisions remain with Apple; other refunds must be processed through the relevant billing provider.
07 Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed services. If applicable law or your purchase provider gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
This policy supplements the Unlust Terms of Service. For purchase-specific refund handling, follow the provider-specific sections above. See our Privacy Notice for information about personal data.
